PERSONAL TRAINING
All one-to-one training sessions will take place at UNTIL gym, where I provide my full guidance and support at their Liverpool Street, Soho, and Marylebone locations, whatever is suitable for you.

ONLINE COACHING
Your training sessions will be completed independently, but I'll review and monitor your progress after each workout to ensure you're on track. I will be available daily for any support you require.

HYBRID TRAINING
This hybrid coaching approach combines in-person and online training. While some sessions will be hands-on with me, you'll also train independently with remote guidance and support.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Why Personal Training?
The first question to consider is: Are you able to train with me in person for each session? If the answer is yes, you’ll benefit from having me right there with you, providing instant feedback and accountability. I’ll help you maintain intensity throughout every session, ensuring you get the most out of your time and effort.
How Personal Training works at RJM Coaching...
We would typically train together 3–4 times per week. To start, we’ll go through detailed movement and body composition assessments, which will shape your personalised training and nutrition plan. These assessments are repeated bi-weekly to ensure you’re making steady progress toward your goals. The best bit about personal training is all you have to do in the session is turn up (and train of course) but I'll take care of the rest. No worrying about how to set up the equipment or fighting over machines as we'll be training in a gym solely for personal trainers which is never over occupied.

ONLINE COACHING
Why Online Coaching?
Although I won't be physically present during your training sessions, this doesn't mean you can't achieve your goals. In fact, online coaching provides great flexibility, allowing you to work with me remotely through personalised workout plans, nutrition guidance, virtual check-ins, and daily support whenever you need it. I encourage you to select the approach that aligns best with your schedule and preferences!
How Online Coaching works at RJM Coaching...
To begin, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire and provide movement assessment videos, measurements and photos. Based on this information, I'll create your personalised training and nutrition plan. You'll then use my coaching app to track your training sessions, cardio activities, nutrition, daily steps, and other relevant metrics. You'll have daily contact with me if needed. I'll also review your data weekly and make adjustments to your program as needed to ensure optimal progress via a screen recording to walk you through every stage each week.

Why Hybrid Coaching?
Get the perfect balance - combine the convenience of online coaching with the benefits of in-person training. If you're looking for flexible remote support plus hands-on guidance and immediate feedback, this hybrid approach could be ideal for you. Whether you're based in London or within commuting distance, you can experience the advantages of both coaching styles.
How Hybrid Training works at RJM Coaching...
Since you'll be training both remotely and in person with me, we can determine the optimal approach to get you started and ensure your success. I typically recommend a minimum of 4 in-person training sessions per month to maintain consistency and progress.
